Victory Brewing Company opened its doors to the public on Feb. 15, 1996. What was once a Pepperidge Farm factory became home to a 144-seat restaurant, 70-foot-long bar and a full-scale brewery. In its first year, Victory Brewing Company brewed 1,725 barrels of beer.
Victory is one of only a few breweries in the country that uses whole flower hops in its beer.

Strong and sensual, this golden Belgian-style ale glows with goodness. The richness of imported malts and Belgian yeast are tempered by a sparkling approach and overall light body. Considerable depth of character with abundant, herbal, fruity notes make this one to savor. ABV: 9.5%
Heaps of hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. ABV: 5.3%
Dirt Wolf Double IPA
Features often subtle, but sometimes assertive signatures of American hop varieties. Look for: Citra: heavy citrus aroma, fruity flavor; Chinook: grapefruit, resinous pine; Simcoe: dry, piney; and Mosaic: earthy and mildly floral, with notes of sweet citrus and spice. ABV: 8.7%
Storm King Stout
A dense and full-bodied, with deep, dark chocolate flavors of roasted malts under a massive hop aroma, Storm King will assault your senses and then soothe your soul. ABV: 9.2%
