Red Seal Ale

Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. IBU: 42, ABV: 5.4%

Blue Star Ale

Brewed in the style of the American Craft Beer renaissance, Blue Star is unfiltered, the yeast adding a complex note to the flavor profile. IBU: 17, ABV: 4.5%

Old No. 38 Stout

Named for a retired California Western Railroad steam engine on the Fort Bragg to Willits run through the Redwoods, Old No. 38 Stout is a smooth, firm-bodied stout with the toasted character and coffee notes of dark malts and roasted barley.  IBU: 53, ABV: 5.4%

A  fresh tasting pilsner brewed in the finest European tradition using Munich malt and Hallertauer and Tettnang hops. Scrimshaw has a subtle hop character, a crisp, clean palate, and a dry finish. IBU: 22, ABV: 4.7%

Acme Pale Ale

This easy-drinking pale ale revives the name of one of the early icons of California brewing.  Clean-tasting and pleasantly malty, Acme Pale is brewed with Yakima Valley hops, American two-row malt and British specialty malts for depth.  IBU: 21, ABV: 5.0%

Acme IPA

A profoundly hoppy ale, finished with over a pound of fresh whole hops per barrel. The result of this generous hopping is a beer that is deliciously dry, and eminently drinkable in spite of its apparent strength. IBU: 55, ABV: 6.9%

Old Rasputin

A rich, intense brew with big complex flavors and a warming finish.  IBU: 75, ABV: 9.0%

A Belgian strong ale using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that produce a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.  IBU: 20, ABV: 7.6%

Old Stock Ale

With an original gravity of over 1.100 and a generous hopping rate, Old Stock Ale is well-designed to round out and mellow with age. It’s brewed with classic Maris Otter malt and Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, all imported from England.  IBU: 34, ABV: 11.9%

Puck the Beer

A petite saison brewed with premium Pils and wheat malts and fermented with the same yeast strain used to make our renowned Saison, Le Merle, Puck is sharp and spritzy with a delicious flowery, spicy dry-hop aroma.  IBU: 27, ABV: 4.0%

Brother Thelonious

Brewed as a tribute to Jazz legend Thelonious Monk, this Belgian-style Abbey Ale is rich and robust.  For every case sold, North Coast Brewing makes a contribution to the Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz.  IBU: 32, ABV: 9.4%

Le Merle

A Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale, pale in color, and inspired by the rich brewing traditions of the Flanders region. Abundant hops and a Belgian yeast strain contribute exotic aromas of tropical fruit.  IBU: 26, ABV: 7.9%

Grand Cru

Brewed exclusively with Pils malt with an addition of agave nectar in the kettle. The beer is then fermented with the same Belgian yeast that is used to ferment North Coast Brewing Le Merle. It’s subtle, complex and lightly hopped, and aging it in oak gives this unique beer an extra dimension. The result is really “champagne-like.” IBU: 11, ABV: 12.5%
