Organic Amber Ale

Amber Ale is medium-bodied with a hoppy bouquet and a distinctive rich taste. A caramel-like sweetness is balanced with a liberal dose of certified organic hops for a pure taste with pure ingredients. IBU: 13, ABV: 4.8%

Organic Porter

This certified organic Porter uses a complex blend of five malts that compliment and highlight one another in a harmonious mixture. A rich, smooth beer with suggestions of chocolate and just a hint of coffee. IBU: 20, ABV: 5.8%

Organic IPA

Brewed with the finest organic malts and hops, this IPA features a bright-minted copper color with a crisp, yet smooth hop bitterness taste. A malty caramel sweetness is balanced with an aggressively clean burst of fresh hop flavor in the middle palate without lingering bitter astringency. A strong floral and citrus character from generous dry hopping blends with strawberry esters from our house yeast strain for an inviting and satiating aroma.

This English-style IPA differs from its West Coast IPA brethren in that it lacks the intense hop bitterness characterized by the American IPA.  IBU: 49, ABV: 7.2%

Organic Blonde Ale

The California Blonde Ale is a light, crisp blonde ale with a perfect balance of malt and subtle bitterness.  IBU: 13, ABV: 5.8%

Emerald Triangle IPA

This hop-forward, dry hopped American IPA has just enough malt backbone to balance its bold but incredibly enjoyable citrusy, floral hop flavor and aroma. True to its west coast roots, this IPA is aggressively hopped using Magnum, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe Hops. IBU: 60, ABV: 6.7%
