Hobo Pilsner

This German style Pilsner uses 100% Pilsner malt along with Magnum and Opal hops to create a light-flavored, crisp, hoppy lager. A modified decoction mash (a traditional German brewing process in which part of the mash is boiled) was used to create a more complex malty flavor and aroma despite the light character of the beer. Light malt flavors and grainy aroma are complemented by spicy and lemon-like hop notes. The finish is medium-dry with a pleasant, moderate bitterness. IBU: 25, ABV: 5.3%

Hops of Wrath IPA

Five hop varieties used to create layers of hop flavor and aroma. Citrus and floral notes are upfront, and an assertive, yet not overpowering, bitterness balances the malt base.  IBU: 50, ABV: 6.6%

Son of Wrath Double IPA

Five hop varieties provide over 90 IBUs to balance out subtle malt complexity. Classic hops, such as Centennial and Columbus, provide a familiar citrus note, while Galaxy hops bring a noticeable tropical fruit presence. IBU: 92, ABV: 9.5%

Therapist Imperial IPA

Big, bold hop aromas and flavors of citrus, tropical fruits and pine are bracketed by light malty sweetness that does not overpower. A healthy addition of wheat in the grain bill adds to the body and mouthfeel. IBU: 100, ABV: 10.4%

Taco Truck Lager

This easy drinking light lager has a nice mild character. 2-row pale malt and the use of flaked oats and white wheat give the beer a clean, crisp character with a little sweetness, light body, and a smooth mouth feel. Very low bitterness, easy drinking and satisfying! IBU: 11, ABV: 4.7%

Taco Truck Amber

This smooth-drinking amber lager blends color and flavor without heaviness or bitterness. It showcases a rich malty character with a light body and smooth finish. IBU: 20, ABV: 4.7%
