Drake’s Brewing

Drake’s BrewingDrake’s brewers know how to hop their beer to create the much coveted hop aromas and flavors without tipping the scale with unbalanced bitterness. Mix that with sourcing high quality malts, a clean dry west coast style house yeast strain, and careful attention to the water, and you have the recipe for outstanding beer.

Inspired by the traditional beer of Köln, Germany, the ever-refreshing, balanced, and pale Kölsch. More Californian than what you’d find in Köln, its light body, balanced maltiness, and floral, spicy hop profile make our Blonde both incredibly approachable and extremely refreshing. IBU: 24, ABV: 4.8%

Amber Ale

A version of a classic English beer style, the Extra Special Bitter, or ESB. Using high-quality English specialty malts for the complex toasty and slight caramel flavors malt fans crave, then fermented with a neutral California ale yeast for the clean, dry finish.  IBU: 28, ABV: 5.9%

Copper colored from additions of high quality Munich and crystal malts, which balance the stern bitterness and aggressive dank and citrusy hop flavors. Aromas of pine needles and grapefruit waft from the glass from the large dry hop additions of classic Yakima Valley hops Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial. The finish is clean and dry with a lingering hop bite. IBU: 65, ABV: 7.0%

1500 Pale Ale

A hop-forward American Pale Ale. Loads of Simcoe and Amarillo hops are blended in the fermenter just after fermentation has finished to impart a huge aroma of pine and juicy citrus. IBU: 48, ABV: 5.5%

An unfiltered, Bavarian style wheat beer that incorporates 40% wheat malt and 60% 2-row malt with floral Vanguard hops. A Bavarian hefeweizen yeast strain imparts the traditional and distinctive aromas of banana and clove. True to West Coast style, this beer finishes dry.  IBU 15, ABV: 4.5%

Black Robusto Porter

A deep, dark “Robust Porter,” a beer style known for being darker, fuller-bodied, and higher in alcohol by volume than a standard Brown Porter. Goes down smoothly with flavors of bittersweet chocolate and slight roast from Crystal and Chocolate malt. A touch of spicy, herbal hop character from Willamette hops balances out the finish. IBU: 35, ABV: 6.3%

Denogginizer Double IPA

An Imperial India Pale Ale, Denogginizer is a big, bold beer hopped with an abundant amount of dank, citrusy American hops. Crystal malts add color and a subtle caramel malt flavor that helps balance out the immense hop dosings in this monster Imperial IPA. IBU: 90, ABV: 9.7%
