HARD CIDERS

Apple Cider

An apple nose and a clean, dry finish. It actually tastes similar to a Sauvignon Blanc. It’s made out of 100% apple juice and is all natural, gluten-free, and low-calorie. ABV: 5.0%

Apple Honey Cider

A dry fermented apple base followed by the addition of Sonoma Wildflower Honey to finish up with a golden colored cider. The cider starts the palate with sweetness and then finishes dry.  ABV: 5.0%

Berry Cider

Apple juice is fermented for 14 days to dryness and then fresh blackberry and raspberry juices are added to produce a light purple cider. It has just the right amount of fruitiness and sweetness; it is refreshing when chilled without being cloying. It is an all-natural, low-calorie, gluten-free cold filtered cider.  ABV: 5.0%

Joker Cider

Dry cider made from 100% apple juice.  Tastes great on its own, ice cold in a champagne flute, or with cheese and apple slices.  ABV: 6.9%

Perry Cider

First released in 1996, this was the first Perry cider to ever be made in California. It became quite popular very quickly as it is so refreshing and light. It’s made from delicious apple and pear juices. Champagne yeast is used in all our ciders and ferment for them 10-14 days. It is then cold-filtered 4 times and carbonated before bottling or kegging. It has a lovely pear nose and a smooth semi-sweet mouth feel with a dry finish.  ABV: 5.0%

Pineapple Cider

Pineapple is another first for the California Cider Company. We believe it to be the original pineapple cider made anywhere in the world! Pineapple juices are added to fermented apple base to produce a cider that has a great pineapple nose and a semi-sweet initial taste with a tart finish.  ABV: 5.0%

Pumpkin Cider

Cinnamon, cloves, and allspice to fermented apple juice to produce a cider which tastes just like pumpkin pie! It is light orange in color with a full, rich taste that makes you want more. It is carbonated and cold-filtered it 4 times before bottling and kegging.  ABV: 5.0%
